Ruiban has spent 25+ years building products and scaling companies across Healthcare and Information Services. From Fortune 10 giants to scrappy startups and PE-backed ventures, he's led organizations through every stage of growth—bringing deep expertise in AI, automation, and product operations to drive meaningful outcomes. As a board member and advisor in EdTech, Cybersecurity, and AI companies, Ruiban is passionate about solving complex challenges and creating industry-leading businesses. A graduate of Harvard University and Babson College, he founded MyMedPath with a simple belief: the best solutions combine cutting-edge technology, deep customer understanding, and disciplined execution to make a difference.
John Meschisen

John Meschisen is an accomplished sales and operations leader with over a decade of experience driving strategic growth and customer success across global teams. He has vast experience in Customer Success, Sales and managing portfolios of Global Customers in software and cybersecurity domains. John brings a wealth of knowledge from his decades of tenure at MathWorks, a $1.25B renowned software company in Massachusetts, where he led a 70+ person team spanning North America, Ireland, and Japan, consistently surpassing revenue goals on a $500M+ portfolio. His career journey has been defined by building high-performing teams, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering deep customer relationships.
Colleen Terry

Colleen is a dynamic marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience in HealthTech driving customer engagement, digital marketing innovation, and operational excellence. She has a proven track record in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies that accelerate revenue growth, enhance customer adoption, and optimize brand presence. Having built dynamic and innovative teams and programs at Wolters Kluwer Health, Cardinal Health WaveMark and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Colleen is passionate about the healthcare space. She holds an MBA in Innovation Management from Syracuse University Whitman School of Management and brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to every challenge she tackles.

Tom is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 25 years experience developing and managing high-performing teams in a variety of organizations across the industry. Proven expertise in strategic planning and execution, healthcare operations, process improvement and complex program management with a focus on emerging technology adoption to improve bottom-line performance and experience. Tom holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from Bucknell University and a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Having served as Sr. VP of Operations for a multi-site FQHC system and led cross-functional teams for organizations such as CVS, Blue Cross and PwC, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to MyMedPath.
